Choosing Dental Assisting Technologies is an affordable way to lower the cost of obtaining a Dental Assisting Vocational Certificate.
The program costs $5000.00, which includes all tuition and fees, product and lab fees, CPR Certification (if in attendance), and any other training fees.
Schedule of costs:
A registration fee (non-refundable after five business days) of $150.00 is due at the time of registration. This fee is required to maintain placement in the upcoming class session.
The remainder of $4850.00 would be due at class #1.
Types of payment accepted:
Dental Assisting Technologies accepts loan checks, personal checks or Money Orders from any bank, credit union that a student works with.
Credit Cards:
Visa or Master Card payments are accepted for nominal amounts in excess of $500.
Dental Assisting Technologies offers payment plans & accepts Scholarship monies that have been awarded toward education tuition.(See below)
The Registration Fee of $150 is non- refundable after 5 business days of registration. The registration fee will be retained by the school unless written notice of cancellation is received within five business days of registration date.
This fee holds the students spot in the upcoming class and allows the school to order a uniform and books that are included in the program, before the class session begins.
The remaining $4850 is subject to the following prorated refund policy:
Formula:
$4850 divided by 12 classes
Each class= $404.17 This is the portion of tuition and instructional charges which the school may retain for each class.
Upon written notice of cancellation the student will be responsible for the accumulating classes made to the date of withdrawal & signed by administration & student.
The FAFSA program is a federally funded program that can be used for schools of 320 clock hours or more. The Class sessions held at Dental Assisting Technologies are 96 clock hours, therefore it is not used for funding in this program. There are state funded programs that Dental Assisting Technologies is approved with.
RIA Credit Union: Dental Assisting Technologies works closely with RIA Credit Union that offers those that qualify a "Computer/Education Loan" at a lesser rate than a signature loan R.I.A. Federal Credit Union, 201 5th St, Silvis, IL Phone: (563) 355-3800

Dental Assisting Technologies does not offer financial assistance, but we do have five payment plan options in an attempt to make costs more manageable.
Notice to Students
All remaining tuition must be paid by Week 9. If the student has not completed payment by class #9, or if specific arrangements have not been agreed to in writing by the administration of the school by class #9, the student would be unable to attend the remaining class sessions. Unpaid tuition fees will be subject to being reported to an outside collection service.
*Those students not paid in full will not be allowed to take mandatory testing held in classes #11 & 12.
Option 1
Two payments of $2,425.00. The first $2,425.00 will be paid at Class #1, and the second payment of $2,425.00 paid no later than Class #9.
Option 2
Half of the remaining balance, $2,425 will be paid at Class #1. The second half, $2,425 can be broken down into 4 bi-weekly payments of $606.25. These bi-weekly payments would be due at Class #3, Class #5, Class #7, and Class #9. Fees must be paid off by class #9.
Option 3
Half of the remaining balance, $2,425.00 at Class #1. The second half of $2,425.00 can be broken down into 8 weekly payments of $303.13. These payments would be made at the beginning of class each week of the class session starting at Class #2 and paid off by Class #9.
Option 4
The entire balance of $4,850.00 will be divided into 8 bi-weekly payments of $606.25. The first four bi-weekly payments would be made 8 weeks before Class #1, 6 weeks before Class#1, and 2 weeks before Class #1and at Class #1 so that a total of $2,425.00 would be paid by Class #1. The payments for the second half, $2,425.00 would be due at Class #3, Class #5, Class #7, and Class #9. Fees must be paid off by class #9.
Option 5
The entire balance of $4,850.00 will be divided into 16 weekly payments of $303.13. The first 8 payments would be paid weekly starting 7 weeks before Class #1 so that a total of $2,425.00 would be made by Class #1. The second half of $2,425.00 can be broken down into 8 weekly payments of $303.13. These payments would be made at the beginning of class each week of the class session starting at Class #2 and paid off by Class #9.
